Taijiquan Baduanjin Qigong

In this workshop, we will explore the fundamental shapes of “peng” (bump) & “an” (press) within a simple 6-movement set of exercises.  From there, we will delve into the subtleties of integrating passive & active breathing techniques to the movements. By learning to synchronize your breath with your movements, you can enhance the flow of Qi through your body. Additionally, we will explore the concept of small circulation energy, which involves guiding the Qi through specific pathways to promote overall well-being and inner balance.

This material is designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of your prior experience with Qigong. Even if this is your introduction to the practice, you will find the instructions easy to follow and beneficial. Whether you are seeking to improve your health, increase your energy levels, or simply find a moment of calm in your day, this workshop will be of use to you.
